Over the Labor Day weekend I decided to host a dinner and hired Chef Carol Chilvers to cater for me. Well my guests were in heaven. From hors d'oeuvrs, to deserts, Carol can cook it all. She offers a huge variety, healthy, delicious food, main courses, sauces, vegetables, salads, and deserts. Presentation is important to her. All the food was fresh, cooked to perfection with a great selection. From vegetarian, to meat eating guests, Carol pleased them all when put to the test. At the end of the evening, I had to prepare to-go-bags of food for my guests. Carol had made so much food and while we ate and had seconds there was still many a left-over so we bagged up the left overs for the guests and compliments came in for days after-wards. If you want to have a successful party there is no doubt, you have to give Chef Carol a shout.

I loved all of the veggies (especially since I am a vegetarian!)-the eggplant dip was great, the roasted veggies were divine, and I loved the salad-which was so fresh and colorful and your homemade dressing was wonderful too! But your desserts were spectacular! I couldn’t make up my mind between your wonderful strawberry cake and the deliciously decadent chocolate cake!
